Can I choose the color of the keyring?
The keyring color is sent randomly.
Why is there product on the Pudding Pot lid?
The product may have shifted during shipping, but rest assured it is brand new and has never been used. We can confirm there are no issues with its quality or condition.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping costs within the US?
Standard shipping within the US is free on orders $40+ (excluding tax and after discounts are applied). For orders less than $40, standard shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number for faster processing. We cannot edit your address or modify your order once it has been processed by our warehouse.
Am I liable for delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information?
We are not liable for any failed delivery due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information.
What should I do if there are issues with tracking or delivery after my order has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is under the custody of the shipping carrier. Please contact the projected carrier for any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays.
My package status is "DELIVERED" but I have not received it. What should I do?
Packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home. You may receive your package within 24 hours after the tracking status is updated to "DELIVERED." If it has been longer than 24 hours, please contact your local USPS.
RETURN / REFUND
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items for a full refund within 30 days from the date you received the products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and up to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How do I return a damaged or wrong item?
If you received damaged or wrong items, contact Fwee US Official customer service with a picture for proof via email at cs@fweeus.com
After we review the provided information, we will send you the replacement items right away along with a prepaid return shipping label or issue you a refund.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition (unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Yes, there is a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Can I return or exchange Time Deal and Clearance items?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Time Deal and Clearance items. These items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.

No, the original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
